Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information may be processed when you use sneyon.com and its free browser-based tools.
Information you provide
The Random Student Picker lets you enter a list of names. The picker runs in your browser. Saved lists and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Sneyon’s servers by the picker. Avoid entering sensitive information and use first names, initials, or aliases when appropriate.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you include so we can respond to your request.
Technical, analytics, and advertising data
Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. We may use analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve our tools.
If advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, and limit ads. Google explains how it uses information from partner sites in its partner-sites notice. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or personalized advertising.
Children and classroom use
Sneyon’s classroom tools are intended for teachers and other adults facilitating activities. They are not designed to create accounts for children or collect children’s personal information. Educators should follow their school’s privacy rules and avoid entering full names or other identifying student information.
Choices, retention, and contact
You can clear locally saved picker data using the tool’s reset controls or your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Information sent by email is retained only as needed to answer the request, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@sneyon.com.
